Team Foundation is a great but sometimes its client, Team Explorer, isn't easy to use. Although all common scenarios are possible to accomplish in Team Explorer but some of them aren't easy to find.
One of things that every developer does is changing Local Folder for his projects. A few months ago I had to do this and it took about 20-25 minutes to find solution. Today I had to do it again but had forgotten the solution (but could find it sooner!).
However, if you're using Team Explorer following snapshots, as a step by step guide, can help you to find your way. I hope they help someone!
1- Find your Pending Changes Window.
Note that you may open your Pending Changes as a tab as many developers do.
2- Click on Workspace DropDownList.
3- Choose "Workspaces..." item.
4- Choose your Workspace and click on Edit button.
5- Find your project.
6- Click on browse button on right hand side of its Local Folder path.
7- Ok, Ok, Close!
